Although sunny days are expected to do even in some of our regions, the season of garage sales left without waiting for the first ray of sunshine. Naturally, I have therefore already made a few and I am rarely returned empty-handed. This morning wakeup 7h30 for a small flea market in a small village lost in the mountains 10 minutes from my house. With only 100 exhibitors announced, I had relatively little hope at the outset to find something. However, there was a booth with a guy who was selling games Famicom (de merde) with a mobile Famiclone, an Nes, a Vectrex with games, 2 DMG, Dingoo and a lot of DBZ figures, but when I asked a few prices, everything was “collector” and so hyper expensive. So I spent my way, especially since the M. was more than uncomfortable (the spears a m'a “how it is expensive ?” limit myself withdrawing products from the hands…). A good start which is nice in the morning… I confess that apart from some Mickey Parade and a manual Beaver Junior, I thought I would find anything else. But but but…

As of Monday 15 August, I realized at the stroke of 10am at a garage of approximately 200 Exhibitors to 15 minutes from my house. It was during a friendly meeting with a collector's corner who sold a lot of games at great prices, and with whom I exchanged my contacts and cut a flap. I must say that since I left Paris, I do not know many people in my corner of Southwest (“IRL” ? but what you mean ?). It was nice, so much so that I have never spent much a garage sale ! This morning there was a garage sale in a village a few miles from my house. Despite the threatening weather and a temperature giving rather want to stay under the duvet (12° this morning brrr), move was worth it. I was a bit scared because it arrived attic was rather small and could be seen far mostly clothes, the storage and collection of stuff “for old”But ... at the corner of an alley, I finally saw a booth, with no one behind, and a NES placed on a corner of the table with some cartridges.

Back to garage sale this Thursday morning of the climb with a garage located about an hour's drive from my house. The loot games / BD is meager and there was not much to put in their mouths except if you like to pay dearly for bins (PS1 à loose 20 euros, Thurs snes to loose in 15 euros, ® games and SMS 10 euros, BD between 3 and 4 euros each… O_o ok but not donc Merci). By searching I still dug up some nice little tricks as shown in picture of this post (there are for 13 euros… ). A flea market is a bit disappointing in its number of “specialists” of the sale used to bite me the node rather than its number of good people trying to rid their homes. Fortunately the medieval village that hosted the flea market was very nice to visit. The best deal I made is not in video games but baby equipment…
PS : I exchange the monkey island trilogy in a game against loose born in Loose, I suggest not much anyway ^ - ^
This weekend was the peak in terms of yard sales in my city with no less than 4 flea markets in everything. And for once I was in the area when this took place, I obviously woke up this Sunday morning to go to one of them at around 8am.
Is not at all in the trip ratisseur which collects anything that resembles loan or far cartridge or a game, I stayed reasonable, sometimes passing on things that interest me less but I could have “to resell” behind or “to cram in my collection, just because it is cheap”. I have neither the time, nor the place for that, and besides I did one flea on four (the largest) and above all I enjoyed the ride ended at home with fresh croissants. Glimpse of my findings:
